The office calls you back
To confirm the details and set a time that works. During office hours that is usually the same day.

An inspector comes out
Three laps around the roof, two with the drone and one on foot. The drone laps take ten to fifteen minutes, and they talk you through what they found.

You get it in writing
A report by email covering what was found, whether or not there is anything to do about it.

You decide
No obligation, no follow up pressure. If your roof is fine we will tell you it is fine and you owe us nothing.
